Networking Request: Spiritual direction referrals
Can you help me find two "student director" clients?

Greetings! It's been a while since I've published an issue of this newsletter. For those of you who weren't paid subscribers, let me share that I announced to that group earlier this fall that I was discontinuing paid subscriptions. I want to keep publishing when I can, but it was clear to me that my post-layoff freelancing portfolio was getting too full for me to continue at a rate for which I would feel comfortable charging.
But I meant it when I said I hope to continue writing whenever possible, and that is still the case. A significant change to my work portfolio is coming soon, and it's possible that after the transition things may open up a bit. Stay tuned!
OK, onto the business at hand:
In September, I started a spiritual direction certificate program through the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute. I have felt called to the ministry of spiritual direction for a while, and the program thus far has been amazing. I'd highly recommend it to anyone considering.
As part of this program, I need to meet monthly in 2026 with two clients / directees. Think student teaching, but for spiritual guidance. Since I'm in training, these would be free sessions.
Of course, I know most of you on this subscriber list well enough that it wouldn't be appropriate for me to offer to become your trainee spiritual director. But that might not be true of everyone receiving this little publication. Moreover, those of you who do know me well might feel comfortable recommending me to someone in your life who might be seeking a spiritual director / guide / companion. This is an inter-spiritual program, and I'm open to exploring fit with potential clients of any faith.
